About Us

Neighbor’s Property Management was founded by Evan Mood in 2021 after 9 years of developing and perfecting landscaping services from the design work all the way to the installation phase.

After graduating college, Evan worked close with Geotechnical Engineers gaining experience in earthwork practices and procedures. While gaining experience in the construction phase, Evan was introduced  and trained on the preliminary investigations required for work sites.

This is why Neighbor’s Property Management is the superior contractor for Geotechnical Investigations. We know the ins and outs of each investigation and exactly what they require to make the happiest client. This experience allows Neighbor’s Property Management to have an upper hand on competition when it came to drainage design and service. As one can see, we take our experience and work serious and very personal, no matter the job.
